Hikone City is famous for its beautiful castle 'Hikone Castle' which is designated as a National Treasure. The rich legacy can be felt in the traditional townscape surrounding the castle, occupied by the well-preserved former residences of merchant and military families. In Fukuromachi, one of the districts of this charming town, there are about 100 snack bars, hostess bars, and izakaya restaurants offering a variety of places to gather and socialize, from traditional snack bars to more casual, modern ones. Since each bar has their own pricing system, which can be confusing for first-time visitors, we are offering easy-to-use tickets for your convenience to try some of the local bars and restaurants and enjoy a fine dinner and night out in Hikone.

・Paper Tickets for 2 bars (bar-hopping) *You can choose from 10 bars without reservation.
※This ticket is for a self-guided tour. There’s no guide and no transport.
※If you are interested in bar-hopping without dinner, you can buy the tickets at any of the 3 Tourist Information Center down below.

Please be aware that you need to be at least 20 years old, the legal drinking age in Japan, to buy this ticket.
・Payment Conditions :
We only accept advanced payment online with credit card. The card must be your own (passengers who will join the tour) only.
How to purchase this ticket
1. Click the button down below and fill out the reservation request form.
2. If the table is available, we send you an email asking for advanced payment for the reservation with the payment link.
3. After the payment is successfully processed, we send you a confirmation email. By this email, the purchase of this ticket will be completed.
How to use this ticket
・Show the confirmation email screen to the restaurant staff when you arrive at the restaurant. The staff will guide you to the table and prepare the Fine Dinner.
・After the dinner and before you leave the restaurant, the staff will give you the Hikone Bar-Hopping Drink Tickets (paper tickets) for each person that had the Fine Dinner.
・When you arrive at a bar that participating for this ticket, please show the ticket and the staff will tear it and offer the content included in the ticket.
*This ticket won’t be offered without having the Fine Dinner first.
Condition of Hikone Bar Hopping Drink Tickets:
1. Ticket is not transferable to third party.
2. Ticket is not refundable after issued.
3. Validity is only 7 days after issued.
